Which is the best Video Player ?

There are so many media players for playing videos.
I 've been using several of them but none meets all requirements .
Considering the different formats of files it plays and ease of navigation , I find VLC as best , followed by Media Plyaer Classic .Sometimes Real Player comes to rescue. The windows version of Linux mplayer
is also notable one.

Recently I happened to go to CET Karnataka counselling with my friend for assisting him for college selection.
Before that I did some homework about engineering college rankings in karnataka .
The search on web was not easy. The Board for Information Technology Education Standards (BITES) has a good and info on college/course rankings.From last year CET Cell is also helping students to choose better college/course by displaying cut-off ranks on thier website
